  • In the first module, the basis of product management will be set. We will learn how we should work aligned with the members of the different departments inside the company.
  • We will continue with a module where we will focus on the client, the persona we need to bring value to in order for him/her to use/consume our product. We will cover a very important area: how to identify our future clients’ needs.
  • In module 3 we will start introducing the agile methodologies, a more and more important area we should all know to work with anyone inside the company. This is currently essential and almost all companies utilize.
  • To finalize, in module 4 we will study different ways of driving the product we have created to our clients and how to develop the campaigns and/or actions to make our products visible.
